1 cup or so of lobster meat, steamed & diced
mayonnaise
salt
black pepper
lemon juice
onion, minced
celery, minced
Combine all ingredients, adjusting proportions to taste. Serve on a white roll.

- Whisper is a 27' Albin Vega, built in 1975 in Sweden. The Albin Vega is a strong seaworthy boat, several have circumnavigated and at least one has rounded Cape Horn.
